Translink Student Discount Card
If you are a student in full-time education you can enjoy up to 13 months of discounted travel with your Translink Student Discount Card.
Your money goes further with a Translink Student Discount Card making Translink travel better for you. Students can obtain great savings when travelling on bus or rail services throughout Northern Ireland. Reductions are also available on cross border services.
The Translink Student Discount Card is valid from 1st September 2007 to 30th September 2008 and only costs £7.

Online renewal applications take just three working days.
Getting a new card
1. To get a new Translink Student Discount Card you can:
- complete an application form available from any main bus or train station or
- download the Student Discount Card Application Form here

2. You can take your completed application form to any main bus or train station along with £7. Or you can post it to:

3. You will also need to post/bring along the following:

1 passport sized photo (name and date of birth must be written on the reverse of the photo)
and

College photo ID
A registration receipt / letter from your college PLUS a valid passport or driver's licence will be accepted in the absence of college photo ID.
If posting your application form please enclose a cheque or postal order for £7.00 or credit/debit card details. Cash will not be accepted for postal applications.
Your Translink Student Discount Card will be returned to you within 7 working days (postal applications within 10 working days). All documentation will be returned with your completed Translink Student Discount Card.
If a card is lost or stolen please contact the Translink Pass Office on 028 9035 4074.
Please note that refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of Translink.
