Projects & IT Division

The Projects and IT division has responsibility for co-ordination of all Translink projects and provision of corporate I.T. services. This falls within 2 main areas:

1. Projects

  • Defining and applying standards for corporate project management.
  • Monitoring project performance.

2. Translink IT Services

IT Services is divided into 2 main areas:

  • IT Support and
  • IT Development.

"IT Services will focus on supporting the business in delivering key objectives in respect of VFM, Governance, Efficiency, Safety and Service Development."

Mission

To continue to provide the required IS and IT capability across Translink to enable divisions to achieve business excellence by:

  • Focusing on delivery of corporate objectives;
  • Incorporating ‘best practice’ within all our operations and activities;
  • Seeking continuous improvement for both IT Services and our customers.
