Philip Blair (NI Railways, Central Station Manager) is pictured with students who entered the Annual Translink Graphic Design competition. Pictured are Dr. Peter Nicholl (UUJ), runner-up Stephen Laverty (Portstewart), 1st Place winner Ben Willis (East Belfast), Philip Blair and runner up Stephen Reid (Ballymena). The competition entries were of an extremely high quality and the top three were very different both in terms of approach and subject addressing issues of safety, business commuters and valid tickets/fare evasion in an innovative style.
