Passengers waiting at a station can identify an approaching train from the LED destination display above the driver’s cab, or the LED destination displays along each side of the train.
Communications On-board
On-board, a Public Address system is used to give travel information to passengers, and is programmed automatically to make audible announcements as each stop approaches.
There are six emergency ‘call for aid’ buttons for passengers use in summoning assistance throughout each train. These are distinct to the ‘Emergency stop’ alarms fitted by the doors, which when operated may cause the train brakes to apply.

Passenger Information
Railway network and route maps are displayed above doors.
LED display screens are mounted centrally at each vestibule. These show next stop information and should be visible from each seat.
Poster display cases hold current rail travel information or details of special promotions.
