NI Railways has developed a program of Minor Works which will deliver improvements in accessibility at all the stations/halts. This program covers areas such as improved signage, lighting, shelter, platform surfacing, information, accessible toilet modifications (as applicable), improving handrails, and removal of bollards and alterations to station furniture where these may cause an obstruction for visually impaired people.

NI Railways will continue to explore with IMTAC and DRD opportunities to make further improvements at its stations/halts.
4.3
The present position regarding access at stations/halts can be found in Appendix 1 of this document. Where improvements are needed we will assess the costs and customer service benefits of them to all passengers.
