A. Please note that requests to register interest are not accepted unless accompanied by all the pre-qualification criteria listed in the OJEU notice (or as on our website). Clearly mark your submission - EOI xxx Title and reference xxx.

NOTE - The onus lies with the Applicant to prove that his document/s have been delivered to the above address. A receipt of delivery is available on request. It is Translink Policy that late submissions (PQQ and Tenders) or submissions deemed not to be received will not be given consideration and the Supplier will be disqualified from the Tendering Process.
Q4. Are there any special instructions re format of submission?
A. PQQ - Your response must be in hard copy format(number of copies as directed in PQQ) and must be received not later than the date and time specified.
TENDERS - Your response must be in hard copy and soft copy format (number of copies as directed in the Invitation to Tender) and must be received not later than the date and time specified.

A. Translink will endeavour to issue the results of EOI application and Tender evaluations as soon as possible however, occasionally circumstances require an extended evaluation period. Further information / ITTs will be issued when available.
