We have set the following targets to make sure that your journey is safe and comfortable.

Phone enquiries
You can phone our call centre on 028 90 66 66 30.  We aim to answer 95% of your calls within 30 seconds. The call centre is open from 7am to 8pm, every day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Queuing
Outside busy times you should not have to wait more than three minutes to buy a ticket. During busy periods, (for example, early mornings and late afternoons), you should not have to wait more than five minutes.
